4. Preserve all personal data relating to my application until this request has been resolved, and refrain from automatically deleting it before the review is concluded.

Pursuant to Article 12(3) GDPR I expect a substantive response within one (1) month from receipt of this letter.

Should you fail to address the above, I reserve the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR.
